Spring has sprung!
Spring is definitely here! The garden is turning green and our family is spending every possible minute outdoors. We look forward to the day we can stop feeding hay and the cattle can be fully fed on fresh, growing grass. With all the rain we’ve had, we’re hoping for good things this coming season, including a bumper crop of bluebonnets.
St. PATRICK'S DAY CELEBRATION: Don't miss the special St. Patty's Day activities at the Brazos Valley Farmer's Market on Saturday. There will be live music, treats and activities for the kids and a benefit raffle with lots of great prizes from the market vendors (including one of our very own premier green tie-dye shirts). Come see us from 8-noon.
WE'RE "DYING" TO EXPRESS OURSELVES: Beginning this week at the Brazos Market, we will be selling a selection of "Wild Type Dyes"; tie-dyed apparel (and more) that we have made here at the ranch. Beef is still our business, but we enjoy sharing our art, too.
SUNDAY IS LIVE OAK DELIVERY DAY: This coming Sunday is our monthly delivery day at Live Oak Unitarian church (3315 El Salido Pkwy, Cedar Park). We'll be delivering beef order, and will also have a selection of Dyer Dairy Cheeses and pastured eggs available. We'll be in the parking lot of the chruch from shortly after 12:00 until 12:30. If you want beef on Sunday, please pre-order.

- Village Foods 1760 Briarcrest Drive, Bryan, carries our beef in a special freezer for “Natural Beef”, across from the fresh meat case. Village Foods has been great about working with us and other local suppliers.
- Dyer Mercantile (7801 E. Hwy. 29, Georgetown) carries our beef in the “Wild Type Ranch” chest freezer. Regular hours are weekdays 4:30-7 pm , Saturdays 9 am-7 pm and Sundays 10 am -6 pm. Other hours may be available by appointment.
- Village Café 210 W 6th St, downtown Bryan is now featuring our beef on some of their menu items.
