Italian Beef Stir Fry

1 Wild Type Ranch boneless sirloin or rump roast (2-3 pounds), cut into ¼ inch strips  Or 2 packages Wild Type Ranch Stir Fry beef

2 jars (11 ½ oz each) sliced pepperoncinis, undrained

1 onion, sliced and separated into rings

2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

2 teaspoons Oregano

2 teaspoons salt

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 12 oz. can of beer

8 split hoagie buns

8 slices provolone cheese

In 5 qt slow cooker, layer beef, pepperoncinis and onion; mix seasonings and sprinkle over the top. Pour on the beer, cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat is tender.

Slice hoagie buns, spread with mayonnaise (optional) and slice provolone cheese.  Place beef on top.  Serve with the warm broth from the pot as an au jus.
