Bulk Lamb on demand!  We will pack up a "half lamb" from our existing inventory for you to pick up at our farm, farmers market or regular delivery point.
 
A half lamb pack will weigh 13.5-15 lbs and contains
1 boneless leg roast
1 boneless sirloin roast
3 package chops (loin and rib chops)
1 package shanks (2 per pkg) or kebabs (can substitute ground on request)
3 lbs ground
2 lbs stew (can substitute ground on request)
