A half lamb pack will weigh 13.5-15 lbs and contains
- 1 semi-boneless leg roast
- 1 boneless sirloin roast
- 3 package loin and rib chops (3-4 chops per pkg)
- 1 package hind shanks (2 per pkg)
- 3 lbs ground
- 2 lbs stew
